What is the most important thing you learned before high school?
I learned that I needed to start taking more chances – making new friends and trying new experiences - to learn, grow and be a happier human being.
What song or artist have you most recently listen to?
Looking at my playlist, it looks like it was a newer song by Maneskin. One of my favorite stations to listen to is Alt Nation on Sirius XM, and like to find new artists and songs to listen to.

What is your typical day like?
I always start my mornings with coffee! I get started checking email right away and respond to anything urgent, and make sure I take time during my work day to incorporate movement/exercise with a class and walk or two, some time for puppy and kitty love, and time for family checkins. I think work/life balance is very important. I work hard and I try to build connections where I can throughout my days. I enjoy the social aspects of my job, both with my teams and clients. After work I can be found enjoying a sports event (usually watching one of kids), a family dinner, or dinner/drinks/walking with friends. I tend to end my evenings late, streaming TV shows with my husband.
What is something you want to fix that people in market research deal with?
Keeping the status quo and avoiding change. Sometimes being successful requires taking risks!
What do you think will be the biggest innovation in market research in the next year?
Incorporating AI
