Be Present. Don’t forget to breathe.
What is the most important thing you learned before high school?
Empathy and compassion. How to listen and observe.
What is your favorite podcast and/or book?
Brene Brown podcasts and talks; The Tipping Point by Malcolm Gladwell.
What song or artist have you most recently listen to?
Very eclectic. I love Shazam to help me identify good songs. Binaural beats are also pretty neat.
If you could be anywhere other than right here, where would you be?
Traveling and having adventures like studying yoga in India, riding my scooter in Bali, or swimming in the ocean with manta rays.
Who is someone you admire, and why?
Ruth Bader Ginsburg, her courage to help change the status quo.
When not working, what are you happiest doing?
Practicing yoga, dancing, and walking with my dog Rocket! Hanging out with loved ones.
What are some causes you especially care about?
Nature, I believe we should leave the Earth better than we found it. Reduce/Reuse/Recycle, just say NO to single-use plastic. Beach and waterway cleanups.
If you had a personal motto, what would it be?
Practice, practice and all is coming.
What is your typical day like?
Movement meditation, spending time with my dog Rocket, work, play, eat, laugh, sillies.
What is a pet peeve you have?
Dismissiveness.
